Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Should have at least 1-3 years working experience in handling reports or in the related field for this position
  • Must have strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Skills
  • Ability to present complex information to various levels of organization
  • Must have the ability to gather and organize large quantities of data and provide accurate analysis
  • Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English
  • Should be self-driven and can work with minimal supervision
  • Amenable to work in Makati and on shifting schedule
  • Should be able to start immediately
  • 5 Full time position is Available


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide all regular reporting to operations teams
  • Responsible for client reporting, internal reporting and analysis of the reports.
  • Maintain detailed reporting and documentation
  • Produce ad hoc reports and trending data
  • Communicate with and take directions from operation manager and team lead
  • Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and yearly reports
  • Reconcile each database and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate and coordinate the distribution of reports to customers
  • Preparation of various operation reports
