Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Fine Arts, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design, and other related courses
• Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices • Coaches and develop workforce to obtain and improve job skills through feedback, ongoing trainings, and other coaching techniques. • Determines operational strategies by conducting assessments, performance review and contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews • Maintains and improves operations by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving problems and preparing/completing action plans • Manages the team to ensure productivity, quality and customer satisfaction/client performance objectives are met and performed in an efficient manner • Communicates within the team about client and company goals to deliver high level of customer satisfaction • Review operations daily, weekly and monthly; develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies • Coordinate with the team to execute strategic recruiting and employee engagement programs to attract and retain top performers. • Creates short and long-term performance goals developed and enhanced by the Management team • Submit Daily, Weekly Reports and Monthly Operations Dashboard
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Operations Management or any related field • At least 3 years or working experience in a BPO company or equivalent • Experience in online shopping LOB and Email marketing • Strong knowledge in Process Improvement is a plus • Ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel • Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English • Must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, word, excel, project and powerpoint • CRM and Salesforce experience is a plus • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Amenable to NIGHT SHIFT
Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Advanced WordPress experience – Building and maintaining websites
Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment
Ability to build beautiful and user friendly UI elements
Knowledge in backend development and programming languages – JavaScript, PHP, etc.
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices
Not critical, but big plus
Shopify Experience
Information architecture or UX design experience
Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Applying knowledge of SEM and SEO for greater customer experience
AWS experience
Experience with design apps, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and the like

Responsibilities:
Create new and complex websites and landing pages from mockups from our Art Team
Quality assurance and integrity of all websites
Integrate reporting and analytics tools into all websites
Adherence to best practice design
Undertaking training to further develop knowledge
Working cooperatively with other team members to ensure team objectives are met
Taking the initiative and suggesting improvement on website, tools
Keeping various company tools up to date, including a scraper
Occasionally building internal company applications and tools
Maintenance of sites: SSL, making sure forms are working, sites are always up, continuous monitoring
