Job Description:

• Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices
•  Coaches and develop workforce to obtain and improve job skills through feedback, ongoing trainings, and other coaching techniques.

• Strong knowledge in Process Improvement is a plus
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
• Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English
• Must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, word, excel, project and powerpoint
• CRM and Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
